About this role, we're looking for a high-performing professional to lead our BDR team and drive growth through outbound cold-calling. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.

This leadership position is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring, and has hands-on experience with outbound prospecting - cold calls, emails, and messages. If you think in data and like tracking what's working, adjusting quickly when things aren't, then we want to hear from you

The successful candidate will own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls, continuously refining our prospecting playbook, from outreach strategies & messaging to cold call scripts and flows. You'll also be responsible for leading a team of outbound BDRs, coaching, supporting, and helping them crush their numbers.

As a leader, you'll track performance metrics, dig into the data, and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate. You'll also be responsible for owning our India mid-market new revenue targets and doing everything it takes to overachieve numbers, making sure there's always a steady flow of quality SQLs for our AEs.
