Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all commission plans, including effective dates and key details.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines for commission payout schedules.
- Prepare and share commission statements with plan participants, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Distribute monthly sales and program management reports to relevant teams.
- Assist in designing new commission plans, modeling financial impacts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain records of contractual incentives, including relevant dates and payment timelines.
- Coordinate and process incentive payouts, working closely with stakeholders.
- Calculate quarterly payouts, reconciling with accruals and presenting results to Sales and Program Management teams as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a US-based organization, preferably in FP&A or Sales Operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in SQL and PowerPivot a plus.
- Knowledge of accrual accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting systems.
- Experience designing commission plans and developing executive-level financial reports.
- Ability to develop comprehensive financial and operational presentations for executives.
