Compensation and Benefits Manager

The successful Compensation and Benefits Manager ensures our compensation and benefits programs meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Job Summary:

A key responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for employee rewards, focusing on organizational goals and market competitiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps for strategic planning and total rewards initiatives.
  • Create and maintain competitive compensation plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze market data to design effective compensation structures.
  • Design and administer employee benefits & wellness programs addressing insurance, health, wellbeing, and financial security needs.
  • Evaluate and enhance wellbeing initiatives promoting a healthy work environment and improving employee engagement.
  • Analyze benefits policies, government regulations, and market trends to develop competitive benefits and wellbeing strategies.
  • Drive adoption of benefits & wellness programs through coordination with external partners and vendors.
  • Measure and analyze key data trends and drive strategic insights based on benefits utilization data and market trends.
  • Lead vendor management and negotiations related to Insurance, benefits, and Wellbeing programs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in employee benefits and wellbeing program administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation planning and program development.
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits data analysis and benchmarking.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and benefits management systems.
Desirable Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
