About our Performance Management and Rewards Strategy Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Rewards & Performance Expert to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization in shaping and executing our global performance management, compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global policies and systems that drive business success.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.
  • Analyze complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills including advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
