Global Employee Relations Strategist

This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive global employee relations strategies that align with business objectives and foster a fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate will standardize ER processes and frameworks across all geographies while accounting for local legal and cultural nuances. They will establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of ER programs and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include investigating ER cases for India region, overseeing the consistent handling and resolution of complex and sensitive ER cases across regions, ensuring alignment with company values and legal compliance. The individual will also implement efficient case management systems to track, analyze, and report on ER trends and outcomes.

They will provide expert guidance on employee disputes, performance management, investigations, and policy violations. Additionally, they will partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership to provide strategic ER insights and support decision-making.

The successful candidate will advise and coach leaders on best practices for addressing employee concerns, mitigating risk, and fostering a positive work environment. They will lead the development and delivery of ER training and communication initiatives for managers and employees globally.

Operational Efficiency Ownership:
  • Design scalable and efficient workflows that enable rapid and consistent execution of ER processes across global teams.
  • E nsure investigations while maintaining confidentiality and minimizing organizational risk.
  • Take ownership of global ER initiatives, driving accountability and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify patterns, assess organizational health, and provide actionable insights for proactive ER strategies.
  • M onitor emerging trends and external benchmarks to refine ER practices and enhance employee experience.
  • P prepare, present regular reports on ER metrics, key findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
