Job Title: Employee Relations Manager Role

This is a comprehensive role that involves developing and managing labor and employee relations strategies for various regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to HR and leadership teams on employee relations strategies and practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in labor laws and statutory requirements, as well as practical experience in dealing with employee relations and representation. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage labor and employee relations strategies for various regions.
• Provide guidance to HR and leadership teams on employee relations strategies and practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as government offices and ER/HR fraternity.
• Participate in the creation, review, and revision of HR policies and practices.

Qualifications:
• Masters degree or equivalent experience in Indian labor relations or legal degree in Indian employment law.
• At least 15 years of experience in Indian labor relations, with at least 4 years at corporate level.
• Strong technical expertise in labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
