What You'll Do

As an Employee Relations, you'll be the vital link between our consultants and the Collabera experience. You will play a key role in enhancing consultant satisfaction, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention while identifying growth opportunities through referrals and redeployment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business consultants across the U.S.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluating and reviewing employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  • Designing and implementing data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.
  • Generating new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Handling a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborating with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
