Employee Experience Executive, India

About the Job:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Experience Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and onboarding processes, including taking Day 1 induction.
- Act as a central point of contact for employee lifecycle queries.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and other teams for smooth transitions.
- Maintain and manage employee documentation and files.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports, SOPs, and dashboards using MS Office tools.
- Handle stakeholder communication effectively.
- Manage and resolve Workday-related queries.
- Absence and benefits management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations or employee experience roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday.
- Proficiency in MS Oice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Team player with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
