Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead employee engagement initiatives and drive workforce productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing programs to enhance employee morale, conducting regular feedback surveys, and analyzing results to inform engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to improve workforce morale and productivity.
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze results to drive engagement strategies.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems.
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments.
  • Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning.
  • Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.

Education:

MBA in Human Resources or related field.
