Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Support internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet posts, etc.) to promote culture and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze responses, and prepare insights to improve engagement programs.
- Help coordinate team-building activities, wellness programs, and cultural celebrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement events.
- Maintain engagement dashboards, trackers, and participation records.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to enhance employee experience (virtual & in-person).
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR/Engagement team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Communications, or related field .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Creative thinker with enthusiasm for event planning and people initiatives.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus.
- Passionate about building a positive workplace culture.
