Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Support internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet posts, etc.) to promote culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze responses, and prepare insights to improve engagement programs.
  • Help coordinate team-building activities, wellness programs, and cultural celebrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement events.
  • Maintain engagement dashboards, trackers, and participation records.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas to enhance employee experience (virtual & in-person).
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR/Engagement team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Communications, or related field .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Creative thinker with enthusiasm for event planning and people initiatives.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about building a positive workplace culture.
