**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Leader to drive business growth through strategic data-driven insights. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive analytics solutions, driving informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of advanced data analytics solutions to drive business strategy and optimize operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise in data analytics
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics/Finance
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analytics/Fintech industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective data-driven solutions
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Data Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics leadership role
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
