Job Title: Senior Data Analytics Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and creation of new dashboards. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Rigorous experience in Excel, as well as multiple data systems like Bobj, RSI, and Retail Link.
  • Good analytical skills and experience managing complex, incomplete, and inconsistent datasets.
  • Ability to define strategic analytics, including market sizing and growth forecasts.
  • Strong experience in data transformation, visualization, and exploratory analysis.
  • Change management skills, including follow-up, follow-through, accountability, sense of urgency, and superior stakeholder management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Reporting & Analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in Data Analytics, preferably in CPG Analytics.
  • Preferred experience from strong top-tier consulting or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
  • Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate complex data into powerful insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent competency in MS Excel, and experience with managing complex datasets.
  • Ability to provide new ways of approaching situations and developing efficient solutions.
  • Independent and motivated individual with strong time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities, and plan.
