Job Description

Our team is seeking a senior professional to drive data and analytics strategy. This role will involve leading teams within a scaled agile framework, developing business cases, and implementing emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and value-based arguments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing an effective engagement model with commercial data teams
  • Serving as product owner for Neural Nexus teams focused on advanced analytics and data integration
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members to ensure successful delivery against business priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience solving complex challenges in data and analytics through technology
  • Experience leading data and analytics teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
