Job Title: Senior Data Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Strategist to lead our data initiatives and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex data initiatives related to business analysis and modeling, including cross-functional projects with broad impact.
  • Analyze and extract insights from large datasets using statistical and financial modeling techniques.
  • Manage the roll-out of data-driven pilot programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business unit projects and regulatory requirements to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to achieve risk management and common modeling goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Risk Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
  • Hands-on experience in Credit Risk Analytics, Deep Dive Analytics, Acquisition and Loss forecasting, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to research, trend, and analyze data, with good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
