Senior Analytics Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven insights and strategic asset opportunities. This role focuses on developing and delivering analytics, generating strategic insights, and addressing key business questions to inform pipeline assets and strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop commercial analysis and insights to support decision making for Pharma and Oncology assets, utilizing diverse data-driven analytics.
  • Partner with global commercial development teams and other cross-functional teams to inform strategic reviews of assets through all phases of pipeline under development.
  • Provide clear and synthesized communication to global leaders and cross-functional teams on commercial insights addressing priority business questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in a scientific or business-related field.
  • Overall experience of 8+ years, 4+ years of relevant experience in pharma/oncology commercialization, advanced analytics, insights syndication, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience conducting data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills and visual analytics tools.
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • Experience in Life Science or consulting industry.
  • Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or multiple Pharma indications are preferred.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
