Senior Data Science and Machine Learning Leader

  • Job Description:
  • Data Science and Machine Learning Leadership: Drive the development of data science roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand complex problem statements and propose value-driven solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead high-performing teams, provide coaching and guidance, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: 7+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
  • Leadership Experience: 4+ years in a leadership role in projects/programs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience with AWS suite of Data Science and ML tools, implementation experience with deep learning models, time series analysis, and text analytics.
