The Executive Customer Relations (ECR) team is responsible for managing IN trans-related escalations, root causing, and implementing medium- to long-term systemic changes. They oversee multiple programs such as INOPS VPI, ECR email escalations, and customer rescue programs.
- Respond to inquiries from leaders, resolving contacts received through escalation channels.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with various departments.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis.
- Identify systemic and quality concerns impacting customer experience and report them to relevant stakeholders.
A typical day involves addressing customer issues by rescuing the customer while also identifying and measuring the root cause of their experience failure and presenting findings to stakeholders who can rectify the issue.
