The Senior Capture Manager position is a strategic leadership role that oversees the entire capture process, from identifying opportunities to securing client submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid & Proposal Management: Utilize procurement portals to identify potential projects, prepare comprehensive bids and proposals, and lead the submission process to ensure timely delivery.
- Sales & Commission Reporting: Leverage data analytics to drive sales growth, manage commission reporting, and communicate with vendors to optimize revenue streams.
- Pricing Operations: Strategically manage pricing models across client accounts, negotiate price revisions, and coordinate vendor implementation.
- Client Engagement & Presentations: Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations showcasing sales trends, product performance, and profitability recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster alignment between sales, operations, and management teams to drive reporting, pricing, and proposal strategies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF tools.
