Job Role & Responsibilities

As a key leader, you will own the revenue charter for our Digital Agency business vertical.

This role involves being the face of our agency in the market, leading client conversations, shaping pitches and driving growth through new client acquisition and retention.

You'll lead a team of 3-4 members, with ownership of revenue numbers sitting squarely with you.

  • Drive end-to-end revenue generation across creative, media, digital marketing services and tech services (web, app, ODC models).
  • Own the pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.
  • Lead presentations, build narratives and co-create solutions with strategy, creative and tech leads.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts, while opening doors with new clients in BFSI, Auto, Consumer Electronics, Retail and FMCG.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team ensuring smart hunting, consistent follow-ups and target alignment.
  • Work closely with Business heads to shape revenue forecasts, GTM strategies and productized service bundles.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with client decision makers (CMOs, Heads of Digital, Tech leaders).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity feeding insights into our growth strategy.
