Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the digital transformation agenda across entities in India, Portugal, and Germany. This pivotal role orchestrates the delivery of both custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions, establishes a robust data lake infrastructure, and embeds AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments such as HR, Finance, Quality etc.

As a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, the leader ensures alignment between digital initiatives and enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Execute a 3-year digital transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise-wide strategic priorities
  • Drive enterprise data initiatives including development and scaling of data lake infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India, Germany, and Portugal to anchor digitalization strategies
  • Establish success metrics for Digitalization projects and report insights to senior leadership
  • Oversee delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions championing design thinking and agile methodologies
  • Drive embedding of AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation
  • Lead development and maintenance of a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics
  • Anchor software engineering practices enabling delivery of Product MVPs
  • Ensure strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives
