Digital Transformation Leader

Oversee our company's digital vision and strategy by driving innovation and efficiency across operations. Lead a team of Business Analysts and develop key digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain software applications.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts/PMs.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new software solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs.
  • Manage multiple digital projects concurrently.
  • Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes.
Key Result Areas:
  • Development and approval of a 3-year digital transformation plan.
  • On-time delivery of key digital projects.
  • Percentage of key business processes automated and digitized.
  • Reduction in average time to complete service-related tasks.
  • Achievement of user adoption rates within a specified timeframe.
  • Successful recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Completion of professional development goals for all team members.
  • Positive scores on employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Quantifiable reduction in operational costs or increased revenue from new digital processes.
  • Improvement in key performance metrics.
  • Successful resolution of process-related bottlenecks identified through data analysis.
  • Regular progress reports to executives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
