Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced project lead to govern, plan, and drive execution of a digital transformation initiative. This person is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across a complex project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Delivery - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.

2. Stakeholder Management - Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

3. Risk & Issue Management - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols. Ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience. PMP certification preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME experience in procurement processes.
  • Understanding of integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
