About the Opportunity

Requirements
  1. 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).
  2. Proven hands-on experience and comfort working within smaller, agile organizational structures.
  3. Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting to drive business value.
  4. Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
