
Regional Growth Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to oversee our business expansion in the region. This role will be responsible for driving growth and performance of our operations.
- At least 7+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Senior Sales/BD Professional
- Prior experience in the elevator industry, preferably with Otis, Kone, Schindler, TKE, or Johnson is an asset
- Able to interpret engineering drawings is essential
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills are required
- Familiarity with elevator industry standards and regulations is a must
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to drive growth and expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of the elevator industry and its dynamics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
