Job Title: Regional Business Head - SAP/IT Staffing & Non-IT Contract Hiring

This role is focused on driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region, specifically within Consumption, Healthcare, and New Economy Verticals.

  • Develop and execute business and marketing strategies to acquire new clients for IT/ERP staffing services.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and deliver high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize revenue from the region through strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing, with expertise in sourcing candidates using job postings.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading an IT staffing or contract staffing practice.
  • Prior experience as a Regional/Business Head (IT Staffing) is preferred.
  • A strong sales background with a proven track record of maximizing revenue and achieving business goals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, long-term commitment, and high-level intelligence and maturity are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to think big, be optimistic, and have a global focus is crucial for driving business growth.

Engagement Model: Fixed Fee + Performance Incentives (50:50)

The ideal candidate will possess strong academic records and be ready to work as a partner in the business with a long-term commitment. They should not be working full-time and be willing to dedicate at least 4 hours initially, with flexibility to increase based on demand.
