Job Title: Yield Management System Leader

Tata Electronics is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

We are building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry, producing chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers and high-performance computing logic.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team responsible for the Yield Management System on a 300mm Wafer Fab.
  2. Partner with Digital/IT teams to design and develop the Yield Management software and database.
  3. Design a Data Integration framework that collects data from different sources (E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, Sort).
  4. Yield Analysis Tools: Develop algorithms for data analysis to enable root cause understanding and yield optimization.
  5. Collaborate with Product Engineering and Process Integration teams to get requirements to build software to support yield management.
  6. Ensure reliability and scalability of the software for high volume data.
  7. Present updates to internal executives and customers.
  8. Travel as required.
