Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CEO will be responsible for leading our organization through a period of significant transformation and growth. As a seasoned leader, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, modernize operations, and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owning the enterprise profit and loss, setting strategy, and delivering outcomes.
  2. Taking ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG.
  3. Driving market expansion in priority geographies, building channel/partner ecosystems, and negotiating long-cycle contracts.
  4. Building a predictable order book and margin profile.
  5. Modernizing manufacturing, improving throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality.
  6. Leading digital/ERP transformation and institutionalizing data-driven governance.
  7. Strengthening supply chain resilience through vendor development and strategic sourcing.
  8. Establishing a performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench.
Requirements
  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • A track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management.
  • A people leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
  • Education: Engineering + MBA/PGDM desirable.
