As a seasoned dairy operations expert, you will lead the establishment and commissioning of our dairy processing center in Hyderabad. With 10+ years of experience in dairy processing, operations, or plant management, you will bring deep expertise in dairy industry operations, plant setup, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management of milk procurement, processing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on setting up the new dairy processing center – from plant design to commissioning.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Establish supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Provide expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between management, technical consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
