Overview of the Position

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to oversee the academic structure and progression of our curriculum.

  • Design and own the academic structure and progression of the curriculum
  • Supervise creation of high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material and question banks
  • Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy and pedagogical coherence across all content
  • Recruit, train and lead a team of subject matter experts, content developers, and educators

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution and 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an educational organization. They will also have deep subject expertise and academic rigor, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging learning experiences for students
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure quality and consistency
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the curriculum and implement changes as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Education or a related field
  • 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful curricula
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
