About the Role

This is a managerial cum support role responsible for overseeing large numbers of Subject Expert panels and collaborating with other Subject Admins as per project requirements.

Years of Experience :: 10 to 15 years

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality Questions Bank for Assessments is developed, adhering to established standards.
  • Manage Question Banks; Set quality benchmarks for writing & review in respective domains.
  • Track inventory and maintain optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • Define selection criteria and strategy for effective talent acquisition.
  • Monitor SME performance quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities, including creating test designs in subjects of expertise.
  • Support Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements.
  • Post Exam, conduct questions analysis and reporting to higher management.

Qualifications

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development.
  • Good command over English both written and spoken.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
