Job Title: Director of Digital Solutions

Description:

We seek an experienced technology leader to oversee the delivery of large-scale systems in capital markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own end-to-end delivery of Treasury & Markets technology initiatives across global teams.
  2. Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for multi-million-dollar programs.
  3. Govern multiple agile teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and data streams.
  4. Ensure delivery excellence in resiliency, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software delivery for BFSI with at least 7–10 years in capital markets / treasury systems.
  • Strong track record as Delivery Director / Head of Delivery / Program Director in Sell-side / Buy-side / Treasury tech.
  • Deep expertise in delivery of mission-critical systems: Treasury, ALM, Risk, MM, FX, Fixed Income, Funding, or Investment Platforms.
  • Familiarity with modernization projects: microservices, APIs, cloud-native, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), real-time data pipelines (Kafka/Pulsar).
  • Solid grounding in engineering + solutioning — not just governance, but able to dive into delivery challenges.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and use of AI for delivery productivity.
  • Strong global stakeholder management (Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Operations).
