The Opportunity

We're looking for an exceptional Program Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that prioritize customer requirements over organizational needs. This role demands a perfect balance between short-term success and long-term growth, ensuring we deliver world-class experiences on quality, value, and convenience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer pain points, feedback, and complaints across all geographies, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement CX strategies to enhance post-order experiences, collaborating with partner teams to drive excellence.
  • Create and present metrics in leadership forums, ensuring rigorous tracking of CX program charter.
  • Automate customer journeys using product/tech flows, reducing manual engagement and enhancing efficiency.
  • Prioritize CX initiatives, working closely with product teams to drive business impact.
  • Develop and maintain CX roadmap documents, tracking progress and driving accountability.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for large issues affecting CX.

  • A strong backbone to stand up for customers, even in conflicting business situations.
  • Superior articulation and influencing skills to drive customer-first decisions.
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies, such as Six Sigma.
