About Freight Tiger:

Freight Tiger is growing exponentially, and we are looking to hire a seasoned Customer Success and Account Management Leader to help lead and scale our business. This role will report into our Chief Operating Officer, who will oversee your progress and provide guidance when needed.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, develop strategies to achieve customer success, and implement solutions to drive revenue and reduce costs.

With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers and key stakeholders, driving account development & expansion, and advancing our competitive intelligence and consultative selling efforts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, plus additional benefits and perks.
