We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to work onsite in Mumbai, India. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in creating and maintaining a positive work environment for your team, ensuring we meet client requests and needs.
About the RoleIn this role, you'll support and motivate your team to make sure they're on track to meet client goals. You'll work to answer associate questions, issues, and customer escalation while ensuring quality customer experience on every call.
- Improve key success metrics associated with goals, including Customer Satisfaction Score, Service Level Goals, and Quality Goals.
- Coach associates to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training.
- Manage multiple, complex tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance of your team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years call center experience in Healthcare process and domain.
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to understand, interpret, and manipulate data for reporting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
