Aptia Group is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Transformation Manager to join our team. This role will be based in the United States and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

The estimated salary for this position is between $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Transformation Manager at Aptia Group, you will play a key role in driving business growth by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive revenue growth, and increase customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer experience transformation plans that align with business objectives
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and technology enhancements
  • Measure and report on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer experience management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer experience transformations and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with Qualtrics and other customer experience technologies
