We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (French Language). You can put yourself in your customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, and cheerful.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Be the Success Champion: Efficiently resolve all inbound and outbound support requests following established guidelines. Provide timely, high-quality assistance to our customers via email, voice chat, or telephone.
  • Be the Team Player: Work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues and leverage exceptional communication skills to create a seamless and positive customer experience.

Preferrable Background:

  • Proficiency in French and English languages at B2-C1 level is required.
  • Promising multitasking abilities to keep up with the pace of our dynamic workplace.
  • The confidence and independence to manage your time effectively while collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision, allowing you to bring unique talents to the table.
  • Strong computer skills to keep up with technology and processes.
