We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical queries efficiently.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing comprehensive support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, and chat software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat software.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues related to our SaaS products, including bugs, errors, and user interface problems.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and feedback gathered from customer interactions to contribute to product improvement and enhancement.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on customer satisfaction, managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer support or relationship management or account management, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle complex technical queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of software, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in ticketing and chat software.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
