About the Job:
NK Realtors is seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and targeting potential luxury real estate clients, building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and providing exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking luxury properties.

Main Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about local and global luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and advice to make informed decisions.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, taxations, and regulations pertaining to luxury real estate transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
- Preferred industry experience: Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Hospitality.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Traits: Go Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
- Education: MBA in related discipline preferred.
- Gender: Both Female & Male Candidates can apply.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans may be offered.
