
Territory Business Developer

Are you a results-driven professional with excellent analytical and communication skills? Do you have a proven track record of delivering business growth through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement?
As a Territory Business Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing market data to create actionable plans that drive business expansion. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies, to develop and implement strategies that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory plans based on market research and provided data.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Implement and monitor strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Organize camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and other competitors' brands.
- Generate POBs for Abbott brands according to business plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering business growth through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email exchanges.
- Adaptability to changes in the market and ability to quickly learn new concepts.
