Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Territory Business Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing market data, developing working plans, and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to engage with various stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions. They will also be disciplined and punctual, with the ability to manage multiple internal processes effectively.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have basic computer skills, including Excel working and email exchanges, and be a fast learner, adaptable to changes in the market. They will also be effective in-clinic performance and have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and product portfolios.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysing and preparing working plans based on market data and research
- FOLLOWING UP, MONITORING AND ACHIEVING TARGETS OF THE TERRITORY
- IMPLEMENTATION EXECUTION OF ALL STRATEGIES
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT- DOCTORS, STOCKIST, RETAILERS, CHEMISTS AND INSTITUTIONS PHARMACY
- DISCIPLINE AND PUNCTUAL WITH SET TIMELINES FOR MULTIPLE INTERNAL PROCESSES
- BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS- EXCEL WORKING, WORD EMAIL EXCHANGES
- FAST LEARNER AND ADAPTABLE TO CHANGE IN MARKET
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (VERBAL)- ENGLISH AND LOCAL LANGUAGE
- EFFECTIVE IN-CLINIC PERFORMANCE
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING AND ABILITY TO EXPLAIN ANATOMY PHYSIOLOGY AND PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
- ORGANISING CAMPS (CME) AS PER THE DIVISION STRATEGY AND CUSTOMER NEEDS
- PRESRIPTION AUDIT FOR ABBOTT BRANDS AND OTHER COMPETITORS BRANDS
- GENERATE POBS FOR ABBOTT BRANDS AS PER THE BUSINESS PLAN
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Good communication and analytical skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
