Key Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth in industrial and building segments, focusing on specific territories. The ideal candidate will deliver sales volume targets while consistently expanding the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence: Generate project leads proactively and pursue them effectively.
  • Inquiry Data Management: Create and maintain an inquiry data bank, tracking progress regularly.
  • Product Differentiation: Drive brand/product differentiation through thermal/acoustic performance of Stonewool and Glasswool products.

The successful candidate will collaborate with sales teams, system providers, and supporting functions to execute agreed-upon business strategies. This includes creating awareness among specification communities/OEMs and identifying opportunities for converting other insulation types to Stonewool and Glasswool.

To achieve growth, the ideal candidate will implement key initiatives, develop effective networks with architects and consultants, and promote system selling for dry wall partitions and sandwich panel applications.

A thorough understanding of thermal calculations and energy savings is essential. The candidate will track specified projects, ensure their conversion, and independently submit technical bids.
