- Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and forecasting campaign spend based on business priorities.
- Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
- Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Prepare actionable insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
