About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire PDLC lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Analyze project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  6. Ensure seamless communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
