Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch new transportation-related programs in India, focusing on hyperlocal and on-demand business lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and drive process improvements.
  • Serve as the bridge between operations and support teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead efforts to positively impact operating costs through technology and process interventions.
  • Drive complex projects forward, influencing stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Build scalable mechanisms to balance quality and execution pace.
  • Interact with senior leaders to discuss key performance metrics and program outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
