About the Role:

As an Operations Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for deploying lean methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste by optimizing facility utilization, organizing workflow, and collaborating with colleagues to design efficient workstations and processes.

You will also facilitate groups and individuals across all functions to identify quality improvement projects, communicate with champion and steering committee teams on project progress, and implement best practices.

Black Belt certification is advantageous, and proficiency in tools such as Kanban, 5S, visual management, Poka-Yoke methods, VSM, pull systems, and good command of spoken and written English are required.
