Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking a senior leader to join our team as a key member of the operation function. This role involves leading the direction and coordination of loan agency operations activities across multiple locations.
- Act as a senior leader, working alongside the head of issuer services operations to lead the direction and coordination of loan agency operations activities.
- Direct management and oversight of resources and relationships with senior business heads.
- Contribute towards sustainable savings in relation to process efficiencies.
- Evidence of an active role within the issuer services leadership group, including feedback from management line peers and stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth running of utility operations teams in KL and Kolkata, making sure there is a culture of streamlining quality productivity and risk awareness.
- Degree in finance and accounting or related qualifications.
- Prior work experience in loan agency and admin environments mandatory.
- Knowledge of syndicated bilateral loans across different sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals.
