The Team Lead, Operations role is a key position in ensuring the success of our operations.

At Amazon, we strive to be customer-centric, and this requires us to have exceptionally talented individuals.

As a Team Lead, you will focus on four key areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.

This includes reviewing work forecasts to determine productivity requirements, partnering with other managers to balance labor, supporting safety programs and OSHA compliance, and proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives.

Some key job responsibilities include working with Ops managers to identify improvement projects, driving projects for the site, and managing employees and their performance.

Additionally, you will need to have experience with performance metrics and process improvement, as well as flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Lean tools and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and excellence in our operations.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for directing management experience for employees and their performance, as well as experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
