Operations Manager - Cluster Role

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple centers within a designated cluster, ensuring seamless execution of programs and activities.

This role requires strong leadership skills to provide strategic direction and operational guidance to center managers, as well as excellent communication skills to foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Ensure efficient management of resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, to maximize impact across all centers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing quality assurance measures to uphold service excellence and ensure compliance with relevant laws and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:
  • Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to center managers to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Implement effective resource management strategies to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
Program Management & Coordination:
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of programs across the cluster, ensuring alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with center managers to develop and implement program plans that meet project mandates and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for operational requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of the cluster.
People Management:
  • Train and mentor center managers and support staff within the cluster to promote professional development and teamwork.
  • Foster a positive work culture and enable optimal productivity levels of reporting teams.
Documentation, Compliance, and Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact for internal reviews and audits.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with process metrics and quality standards.
