We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Cluster Head for Consumer Banking.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of business operations within the cluster, guaranteeing a superior client experience and acceptable risk levels.
- Serving as P&L owner for assets and liabilities in the respective cluster, collaborating closely with product teams, operations teams, and regional delivery teams to achieve business objectives.
- Development and implementation of strategies and plans consistent with established goals in each product line and service in the cluster, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- 12-14 years of experience in banking or NBFCs, accompanied by a strong track record of delivering business results and leading high-performing teams.
- A graduate degree with an MBA is preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, business acumen, and sales abilities, coupled with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and drive performance through value-based propositions.
