Business Analytics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to head our Wealth & Retail Banking team in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end business analytics activities, including strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Country Business Heads, CFOs, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Develop and drive standardized management information and deep-dive analytics to support sustainable business growth.
  • Implement industry best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control across all business processes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a strong focus on capability development and employee engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • MBA, CA, CFA, or ACCA with at least 12 years' post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analytics within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Ability to align financial insights with business strategy and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating cross-functional finance teams across geographies.
  • High proficiency in data interpretation, scenario analysis, and driving actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with senior business and finance leaders.
